Sours are straight descendants of the punch, which supposedly was invented by sailors who have improved the taste of distilled alcohol by adding citrus juice. Today, a variety of sour juices and mixtures are used for their preparation. For the classic ARARAT Sour you will need:

Lemon juice
25 ml
Sugar syrup with spices
15 ml
Angostura
2 drops
Pasteurized flavored protein
15 ml
Decoration
Slice of lemon for decoration

- Mix all the ingredients in the shaker
- Serve in old fashioned glass
