Coffee and brandy are surprisingly similar in nature.
Strong, saturated, with their unique tastes and textures, they both do not tolerate haste and both give completeness to any feast. Thatґs probably why they get on so well.

- Prepare coffe in Oriental, not boiling
- Serve brandy and coffe on a tray with halva or nuts-and-honey
